Important information to get the best service
Knowing the manufacturer of your window/door is important.
Take pictures of any identifying marks or print on the window/door frame.
Pictures of the part you are looking to replace, or if you can bring in for us to look at.
Storm door latch doesn't operate
Chances are the spring inside of the interior door handle has broken. Please unscrew the inside handle and bring with you to your visit. An RC service tech will replace the spring for you in a matter of minutes.
Window latch is not engaging
Remove one window latch so we can properly match the style you need and we will get you a replacement. If you cannot remove the latch please bring a picture and measurement of the latch.
