At our main Lyell Ave showroom, our service center offers expert advice on products you bring in, provides repairs, and supplies replacement parts like door handles, sash locks, and weather stripping to keep your windows and doors in top condition.
2) Field Service
Performing field service on windows and doors requires specialized training. We have a dedicated service team and specially equipped vehicles to make repairs and adjustments at your home.

Do you service product that is not from Rochester Colonial?
We’re unable to service products that we didn’t provide, as sourcing parts can be a challenge. Our service team is fully equipped to support products we do supply, ensuring prompt and reliable repairs.
Is there a fee for service?
Newly installed products come with a limited labor warranty in addition to any manufacturer warranty, giving you peace of mind. After this period, even if the product remains under warranty, a service fee may apply for our expert labor—ensuring top-quality care whenever you need it.
